Faith

My faith in God means the world to me. Faith is the most beautiful healing tool for the heart. Not only for the vast amount of internal strength it provides, but also because its guiding mechanisms almost seem supernatural. I can imagine you have experienced “divine timing” with it playing an important role in a specific circumstance. We can chalk this up to coincidence or we can dig deeper and understand that there is something greater than us, working for us. Having faith in your day-to-day functioning truly paves the path for more light and joy in life. Faith can alleviate any anxiety you are holding onto (conscious or not) and allow you to open up the mind and soul to more healing. Everyone requires healing to some capacity. Life can be so beautifully messy.

Sometimes all you need is faith to carry you through the toughest moments of your life. Genuinely knowing that “this too shall pass” and that things will eventually get better with time is humbling. This is a mindset however. Thinking beyond the barriers of our self-limitations and going deeper within to uncover the immense beauty we have.  We all have it too. It’s just been bruised and calloused along the journey. It’s not about how wicked the hardships we face are, but more about the emotional reactivity we have towards them.

I encourage you to lean into your faith, for whatever that might mean to you. Find solace in prayer because prayer is the bridge between longing and belonging. Aren’t we all united in wanting love and connection?
