About Me

Hello and welcome!

It is an honour to have you here to listen and connect with me on a journey to healing the deepest parts within. I consider this my passion project.

My name is Lauren Pacheco.

I’ve started a personal excavation process digging deep beneath the barriers of self-blame, shame and guilt uncovering tremendous light and vibrance within myself and all around me. I am deeply interested in sharing my healing story with others in hopes to provide comfort and relatability.  I also share personal ways that I have learned to heal my heart, mind and soul. Healing takes time and energy and intention.

I love to spend quality time with my kids Beau and Jace. I enjoy seeing the world’s beauty from their lens. It is truly remarkable. I love being outdoors exploring nature and walking my two dogs Sasha and Theo.

I have been a Child and Youth Counsellor for 12 years working in a behaviour intensive support classroom. I am innately attracted to the underdog and my students also teach me in abundance. I absolutely adore working with children and thrive on being a small piece of their personal success stories. A little love goes a long way. I would describe myself as an empath as I love with purity, intention and feel things deeply into every crevice of my big heart.

I believe and recognize God and his gentle acceptance of me and what I have to offer. His strength and guidance and forgiveness has been crucial to this healing journey I am walking. I let His presence fuel me every single day.

Grateful for this space to share.

Lauren Pacheco
