Introspection

Hard days are part of everyone’s life. I like to remind myself of this when sitting in the midst of adversity and holding onto unnecessary angst in my mind. The thoughts can be invasive and can cloud judgment like a heavy fog. However, the hard times don’t last because I am able to create my own joy and find happiness in all things around me. Happiness is not having the best of everything but the ability to make the best of anything. I believe the beautiful divine does a noble job at sending angels to you when the going gets tough. You just have to be paying attention to notice them. Practice the pause and sit in the silence of thought so you’re able to hear that inner soul speak to you in the most profound ways. We were born with this gift and it should be utilized and honoured as such.

Self-doubt and habitual patterns will try to sabotage the peace you so heavenly yearn for. Know that you are infinitely worth every effort you make to see your new role, your heart and hopes in a new way. Love will find you. It will be drawn to the infinitely loveable you. As we continue to move through each season of life, grow your mind and awareness to combat the storms that come and go.

I am journeying to become one with my social, emotional and mental awareness, often offering up questions to continue learning more about myself. The most difficult, painful experiences are luminous teachings in life. I had to get used to sitting in the discomfort and self-soothing when times seemed unbearably thick with grief. Having the ability to rely on myself and trust in that judgment builds strength to my self-confidence and self-worth. The power of introspection.

Invest in yourself. You are worth it. Manifest the beauty you wish to see in yourself and in your life.
