Tidal Wave

The emotional complexities of healing can move through you like a tidal wave. It can feel like waves of sadness and hurt while simultaneously having moments of euphoria and peace. It’s complicated and confusing. It’s a journey where the path isn’t always paved clearly and the hills can get pretty steep. This hike is a long one. There have been many times I have felt defeated, lost in the gray area of the “unknown”. These are the spaces where one thing is coming to end and the next thing has not quite emerged yet. It stirs up a sense of disorientation. History teaches us that these spaces are the best soil for beauty and for new life. It can somehow create an opportunity to find the most amount of clarity for what is certain. So let’s get simple. When circumstances get difficult, find the simplicity in faith. These are the very moments where the divine has a chance to do amazing things. Where the lessons are profoundly beautiful out on the other side.

Listen to those cosmic guides encouraging you to go deeper, to heal and release, so you can move towards a more expansive place of peace from within. That is what we all yearn for isn’t it?

The turbulence awakens us to more gratitude. It helps us realize the importance of love in our lives and pushes us to be intentional about our energy with those around us. We are vessels, children of God, with huge amounts of wisdom and power -if used correctly- we are here to give more light to this world.

This experience we called life is a gift from above. It’s a blessing to have the capacity to feel deeply and to wake up each day with love in our hearts. Don’t let anyone ever dim your glow.

Shine bright so others can bask in your warmth. We could all use more kindness and compassion.
